Hannu Halminen of Halminen Homes, flies his vintage Harvard aircraft in a fly-past over Caesarea to honor the memory of Charles Buller, a local resident who passed away at 94 years old. Family and friends gathered at the Caesarea Community Hall to celebrate his life.
