   Please send information when available on new developments in Courtice or east.

   We are interested in preconstruction purchase for closing in August to October 2014. Currently living in Acworth, Georgia, USA but would visit when details on any new communities are available. Ready to purchase now for right home and location.

   Looking for bungalow, master on main floor and 2 bedrooms and bath in loft. Two car garage preferred. Approx size 1700 to 2400 sq ft.

   Hi there my husband and I are interested in receiving news about the new communities, We are aware that there will be one opening off of Courtice Rd., north of Nash on the east side. We were wondering what the depth of the lots would be that back on to the green space. We are also wondering when these homes are slated to be built?
